Health Guarantee and Purchase Agreement

At Pure Vizsla Puppies, we are committed to the health and well-being of our puppies. We guarantee that each puppy sold is in good health at the time of purchase. This guarantee ensures that your puppy is free from any contagious disease or genetic defects for a period of one year. In the event that a health issue arises within this timeframe, you are entitled to the following:

Veterinary Verification: A written report from a licensed veterinarian confirming the health issue must be provided. Replacement or Refund: Upon verification of the health issue, you may choose one of the following remedies:

A replacement puppy of equal value (if available) A refund of the purchase price

Exclusions: This health guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from neglect, improper care, accidents, or any health issues due to vaccinations or parasites.

Purchase Agreement This Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date signed below by and between the Buyer and Pure Vizsla Puppies, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

1. Purchase Price: The total purchase price of the puppy is $2300. A deposit of $500 to hold the puppy for the buyer in the order it was received. The remaining balance of $1800 due prior to or at the time of pick-up.

2. Conditions of Sale: The Buyer agrees to provide a responsible and loving home for the puppy. The Buyer agrees to schedule a veterinary check-up within 48 hours of purchase. The Buyer agrees to obtain a fecal float test by a licensed veterinarian at the first appointment. The Seller retains the right to refuse the sale if the Buyer is deemed unfit at the time of payment or puppy transfer.

3. Acknowledgment: The Buyer acknowledges receipt of this Agreement and agrees to the terms outlined herein.
